Welp, went to the chiro doc. Seems I am visited by a guy named Arthur. I did not think he would come visit me until I was at least 50! I mean, come on! I am only 30! Who needs arthritus at 30 for pete's sake? Jeemanie Crickets! Also, have Degenerative joint disease in my back with some spurs there to boot. So when I say I have a pain in the patootie from now on, you know to take it seriously. **snort** Anywho, I go to the backdoc every day this week and then 3 days a week for the next 4 weeks. I go to my pcp thursday for my last visit before surgery!!!!!! I just hope and pray they have the paperwork all done so I can take it to my coordinator at the surgeons office. I am still keeping my fingers crossed. I have been waiting for 7 years to get this done, and by golly I am prancin at the bit to see I get there. I will just DIE if things fall through this close. URGH. Please say a prayer that things will go smoothly. I appreciate it. Still have the hole in the head. Mouth I mean...gum line that is...still get little bits of food stuck in that hole from the pulled tooth and it like grosses me out. Sortof reminds me of when I had an arch wire in my mouth from my braces. It was like a spacer for lack of a better term. ANywho, I remember having a salad and getting really sick with the flu that night and was puking up salad and the stupid salad leaves were getting hung up on the arch wire and I had to reach in and ranck it out. Talk about GROSS. (giggle snort) A little too much info for you, Weebles & ~G ???????? Ok, I'll stop. You have GOT to go over and read Chelle with one "L" blog, Read back some. Poor thing. I think my murphy's law sortof rubbed off on her. Sorry Hon! LOL I have got to get some blog hopping done but my butt hurts at the moment as well as my back still. Here is my....

| manicat March 2, 2004 06:24 PM PST I'm praying that the paperwork goes through and that ol' Arthur keeps his trouble to himself! I believe that we are given these thorns in the flesh, at least partly to give us an appreciation of just how glorious our new bodies will be (1 Cor. 15:35-58). One of my favorites in times like these is Col. 3:4 ... "When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory." | ||
| G~ March 2, 2004 05:56 PM PST Aw, man! So sorry that Arthur's come to you, girl! Hope the doc can fix you up. :( As for that other stuff... ugh! Definitely TMI. I'll be going now. ;) | ||
| Tammy March 2, 2004 08:46 AM PST Hey Mo! I'm sorry to hear that Arthur has come to stay :( Hope the dr. appointments help relieve your pain. I think I will have arthritis in my back at some point, too. I fell over a railing when I was young. So far, so good though. Now my elbows are another story! I have tendonitis, which I imagine will become arthritis. Getting old stinks sometimes. I mean, I feel young, but my body just doesn't bounce back as easily anymore. Anyway, hope you feel better soon! Hugs!! | ||
